Duly noted. The point here is that these documents should be freely available and easy to find.

maybe trai can be asked to get all the ISPs to clearly state all their 'policies' related to the usage of their services and network.

I would have expected this is already mandatory. But I just cannot find these policies on the Airtel website.

I can only assume you've come to the same conclusion.

well they do have the FUP related PDF on their website.

Do you mean the "TRAI format" PDFs they link to when selecting a plan?

I had sent an email to airtelpresence abt pathetic FUP on impatient plans nd tht I am not interested in them. I got a reply back that "please see our new plans". Impatient are airtel new plans lol. They have no clue abt anything nt even whether speed double would actually be frm june for ppl on higher plans.

Hello,

I did NOT write to Airtel with regards to the Do Not Disturb service.
Clearly you are not reading my emails to you correctly.

ONCE AGAIN:
To refresh the request, the documentation I have asked for is
regarding "Privacy, Network Abuse, Fair Usage and any other applicable
documentation with regards to Airtel Broadband connections".

In other words, please send me PDFs pertaining to Airtels "Fair Usage
Policy", "Network Abuse Policy", "Privacy Policy" and any other
documentation that may be similarly useful.

Regards

Mathew Carley

The FUP limit is clearly mentioned on airtel website.....follow the below link, select ur city/state nd select any of the plans ....the FUP limit is mentioned clearly in EVERY plan except in the 749 plan
Experience: Fast, Faster and Fastest Broadband Plans: Airtel Broadband

I'm more interested in the other policies. Network Abuse etc - what the consumers rights are in the event that a website is blocked by Airtel for no apparent reason etc.
