I applied for a new dataone connection 25 days ago but still BSNL people says 'we do not have modem in our stock'. I called local CSC / toll free so many times but nothing happened. Is there any way so that BSNL officers can hear my voice.
Could u specify ur location? In anycase the regional CO office is supposed to be handling ur grievance. Worst case scenario u can knock the doors of Telephone Adalat . I am sorry i dont have much on the Adalat so i cant guide u on dat. Yet before considerin that option get ur CO to hear ur complaint and take some action.
