Quote i can use other people`s accounts easily too on my line !! UnquoteThen what is the problem ? "some other people" must have changed your password and enjoying on your acct !If you use "others acct " and does not show in your usage acct, same thing can happen to your ID also. Same problem was solved ONLY by contacting BSNL. Contact BSNL. or reset your modem again and reenter. ID password.

All u can do is login to ur Dataone account from web, change ur account password and make according changes to ur PPPoE connection.

u misunderstood me .. dere z a obvious change in stats when i use someone else`s acc but there is no change in my acc stats since i last used it:(

How do you use other people's ID /password and surf ? Let it remain a secret. Now reprogram your modem for always on PPPoe and try. If still "No GO"BSNL has to set the password.I struggled for three days , with two modems, two different computers, two different locations, and only when I could access the Usage page of my friend , i got the clue to complain to bsnl. THEY RESET THE PASSWORD !same password which we were trying/using to connect. Nothing was changed in the modem or computer. In a UTstar modem facility to show wrong password is available.

call or meet the jto of your exchange. if you have any influence in bsnl, it will be an advantage :D
