dataone strange problem

Hi

i am using dataone unlimited plan, with zte 831 modem.

since last night my connection acting strange, when i do http://192.168.1.1

my password sometimes work sometimes not. and when it doesnt and i enter default password "admin". it works and i see comepletely different interface like i am connected to some other modem.

i see wireless setitngs and all (my router doesnt have wireless).

same times i receive warning there is ip conflict with my pc (i use modem in pppoe mode and use a hub to connect my all pcs).

i have disconnected all other machines (usually other machines are off i on those only when needed). still i see ip conflict warning.


i really think i am accessing some other network, what could be the problem ?

Since it appears , the problem is sudden, probability of malware/virus/spyware etc.
1.Run your AV , antispy programs.
2.In IE clear all temp files /cache etc.
Easy method use ccleaner from filehippo.com. for all computers.
3.Post ipconfig/all data.
Para two : 4.You can change the password for the router access. and try.
5.Enable DHCP in router and give range 192.168.1.2 to say 192.168.1.25 ( max 254).
6. Are you using any remote control software like LOgmeIN ?
7.i see completely different interface like i am connected to some other modem.
please post screen shot , it it occurs again.
8. Default password could be "expert03" for this router.(not confirmed )
to be used after hard reset to factory settings.
 
i scanned my pc for spyware etc..but didnt found anything.

i have zonealarm which keep giving me message that new network found.(please check sc3.gif)

i don't think its pc problem because my laptop faces same issue.

either somehting wrong is router or network itself.

today again when i entered http://192.168.1.1 it showed some other router interface (sc1.gif) , my regular one is (sc2.gif)

something is seriously wrong i think. but really not sure what.

can anybody help ?

Change your modem's access password .see my Post 2 and see points 2 & 4.Para two : Again it happens, from the menu select WAN page to get userID/pW xxxxxxx if in ppp/PPPoE mode.Check your DynamicIP .. disconnect modem and re connect.Check IP again. does the fault occur again?Para three:Zone Alarm shows new LAN address as 192.168.1.0Ignore. now Start/ RUN type cmd type ipconfig/all post data here.To find your IP:whatismyipaddress.com/
 
have already change the password.

one is huwaei and other UT.

so when i enters http://192.168.1.1 it shows different router screens.

something seriously wrong with connection i think.
 
yes just one, and i am not on any VPN or somethingtried to contact bsnl call center , they have no clue even refused to put my complaint into the system and give me complain # (if i have any other broadband option in my area i switch today itself).
 
001..Disconnect Rj11 cable/wire to your modem.002... open Modem page .003... Get router pages of different makes ?004..... Post ipconfig/all.
