In continuation to the below trail mails is been informed to all, that we still face the issues since then and as mentioned in our previous mail and nothing concrete has been done till date rather than storytelling and using jargons of technical words which has caused us huge losses that affected us in multifold ways also when tried to confirm about the same from your technical staff telephonically we were been misguided and rather suggested some unfriendly alternatives .
Also complaints logged by us are being deliberately closed without any execution disabling us the right to waiver from the billing in this respect .In this regard we wish to disclaim all that now it is enough of this business .
After tolerating from so long it is now cautioned you to kindly end this suspense by either solving the problem or relinquish the service so that we may proceed further for our share of compensation for the loss that you or your company has caused to us in both terms monetary as well as mentally in this period to the honourable courts.
You are requested to kindly look into the urgency of this matter and respond by your earliest.
This communication shall be treated as a notice in reference to the provisions of the prevailing laws in India and to be considered as duly served on this date .
Lastly once again after resisting very hard with your staff and tolerating their prejudices & resistance to the extreme we are left with no other option except to report the matter in this manner to you, hoping for the positive action and prompt response failing which, the injury and damages caused to us by your staff invites us to take the matter for the legal recourse in the competent forum for the consumer redressal.
Please also note that in case no action comes from your side within the period of 7 days the cost and consequence whereof for the legal action shall be borne by you along with all the consequential compliances as directed by the appropriated forum according to law.
Please also note that the copy of this has been retained in our records for any future and consequential use against you.
