Delay for a New connection

Hi all,I was thinking of taking BSNL BB as a backup along with TI. So inquired with a person in the exchange and he told there is a waiting list of 97. Any one have any idea what would be my waiting period to get it installed? The guy was like 2-3 months but I think its too long. or does it actually take that long? :O

Hi,I don't know how it is done... but for me i got in 1-2 weeks ! i kept on pestering them until they yielded ! Imagine me buggin BSNL people ! :rofl: but now im gettin the same treatment back in terms o the service :wall:

You will have to wait until they install a new DSLAM at your exchange or ppl surrender their connection.If you have good contacts with BSNL guys:evil: they will change your priority number and give you a connection as soon as someone surrenders his connection.
