Delay in Bill Generation

Recently I observed ,BSNL is generating bill in the end of 2nd week ,Earlier the bill was getting generated in the first week itself.

Only issue due to this is while reimbursing the same with my firm ,as my firm pays for my bills ,Their are 2 cycles in a month ,Earlier i used to reimburse in 1st week and firm used to pay in next 20 days ,Now as the bill generates around 15th ,It's getting spilled over to next month.

Anyway to get the bill in 1st week itself

You can try talking with the GM/Fiber department of your District office. They have some control over that

Bill is always generated by 9-10th of each month. Sometimes they send it by email a week later. You can log info self-care portal and download the bill by the 10th of every month.

Today is 15th ,Still no bill has been generated

Weird. For my region, bill gets generated by 4th.
