I applied for a broad band connection(home 500c) on Oct 7th when it was told to me I will get it within one months time. Now on further enquiry they say I have to wait for further expansion that may or may not happen in Dec depending on my luck. I further raised a customer grievance with BSNL and also contacted the SSA through mail. Finally i got an enquiry call, on hearing my complaint they said its not a big thing but will look into it. Till now i have not heard anything further.Is this a common experience? I am not sure what to do now!This is my first post here. If I did anything out of place I am sorry will remove or edit it as the admin seems right.Its just i really feel bad about my experience with BSNL and I was really looking forward to the broadband connection
