Denied ESPN STAR SPORTS even though bought with FIFA offer active

Got the connection installed today... and TS has started showing its colors (not the channel of course :P)

Had bought my connection with this offer

and both ESPN and Star Sports are unable to be displayed, message displayed on TV is to subscribe to ESPN Star Sports pack @40pm...

and the cc is of the opinion that they don't provide the ESS channel package free for 2 months...:madness::madness::madness:

Then what the f**k is written here!? And wtf is their FIFA offer?!

Damn it, totally unfair I agree!There's nothing much you can do I guess other than consumer court! instead of which you can prevent hassles and pay 40 bucks per month...

Just checked now, the package has been activated free. But its just sad their cc exec did not know that adding to my hassle.
 
Nice to see that the package has been activated FREE. Sometimes when they activate the package they tend to give only base pack, so u must let them know that A or B pack is free

thats what i had tried to do with the cc exec who refused to activate it. i then called up the installation engineer who agreed with me and said he would see to it in the morning, and it was probably him who got it done.

anyways i'm satisfied now.
