Deposit for new broadband connection , bsnl

I took a new connection with a phone line. I paid 500 deposit when i applied for the line. I got my phone line on 1st and broadband on 3rd of Jan. i have 900 plan with free landline plan. yesturday when i called up callcenter they said the bill is generated for Rs 3300/- rs 875 for broadband Rs 50 for modemRs 250 for modem instalation charge Rs 15 for phone charges I am confused with the billing is there any deposit for new line

For Home Plan UL 900: Telephone Rental per month, Free Calls & MCU charges
per pulse shall be as per existing plan of the customer.
One month's security deposit Rs 900/=. Taxes at 12 % and may be modem deposit Rs 500/=

well.. i have posted after getting my first bill. you may search for those posts.. i got a bill of 2800 !! that is 900 security deposit for 900plan500 security deposit for modem/router 250 installation charges900 first month bill60~90 modem rental call charges ....12% tax if you have opted for UL 900, rent for phone 180 +taxif you have opted for ul900+, then no rental Phone installation charges may be there depending on area (bangalore, no installation charges for telephone)
