Diagnose Mtnl Triband Broadband Problems

From the past few weeks im having a problem with my net connection.....
in the evening the net disconnects and around 9.30 the net starts to work as normal
I even contacted CC but no use. Is there a maintainence work going on....?
and secondly the line attenuation was around 25~26.5 db for around 2½ .......but recently it is 30.9~31.5 db....!
this may be nominal but latency driven programs are suffering as when gaming with european servers.....150~180ms before and now 250~350ms
Where can i sort this issue and whom to contact for this coz i know normal CC wouldnt even know what im talking about.

no dude its reading for downstream...the values should be less than 30 db for good connection
afterall its MTNL...they wont even care to get that below 20db.....!

saw your thread you are too experiencing same problem but with singapore servers...i too comented about the same problem
the problem i think lies in the routing from airtel......
the customers from airtel are too getting latency spikes.....you can find it on the forum itself.

YES, the problem lies in Airtel. But MTNL also have few gateways. Rightnow my gateway is 182.58.128.1.
I mailed MTNL DG, even got few MTNL Prabhadevi, Mumbai numbers. They said they will try to fix my ping from their side. I just hope now..
