Diagnostic Problem :please Help

Test ATM OAM F5 end-to-end ping: FAIL
I m using Dataone
modem 220bx bettel

when i use Diagonostic tool through 192.168.1.1\main.html both diz thingz cumz to fail
please help in rectifying da problem

I did similar tests on my modem and i got pass values for only three. Testing Ethernet connection, Testing ADSL line for sync and Testing Ethernet connection to ATM.

@abhyudaya are you connected to Internet when you get above report ?
check your settings VPI 1 VCI 32 etc.
