MTNL Delhi Dial tone too noisy

I called the line man on mtnl and he said "ji jis marzi ko complaint krdo mai theek krne nhi auanga apne mujhse pucha nhi ke interconnection karwao ke nhi mai toh nhi ane wala "
I complained this to the main mtnl office and the GM of janakpuri .
These guys are so rude . can I complain somewhere else also?

Actually I shifted to my new house recently so I have LAN interconnection on the floor , the wire that comes from the pole goes on terrace and is connected to the LAN wire and I just have to put the spliter into the port and then I connect the modem and the landline and the line man is angry because he dosent understand how it works and he won't accept that there is disturbance and because of this my WiFi won't work

well he is actually correct. you never know how it goes down underground.

It's not underground its just a simple LAN connection that is in every building nowadays and I made the electrician check the LAN wire and its not damaged , I connected the landline to the mtnl wire and there is disturbance in it so it's in the wire that is coming from the pole and I haven't even asked him to check the LAN wire I am just asking him to do his job

make sure your telephone line does not pass through noisy electrical wires, appliances (ex: near fridge, near UPS wires)

also if possible take your telephone to your terrace or the place where phone line comes to your house. connect to the terminals and listen if you can hear noise from there.

if you still hear noise, then the fault lies outside.

if you don't hear noise , then the fault is in internal house wiring.

I did that only and the noise is from outside that's why I complained to mtnl

We are using MTNL since last 20+ years and i can assure you that the noise problem is still alive at my end. They have no permanent solution for this issue. They need to change their cables which is so badly "stripped & stretched apart" under the ground. But unfortunately no one gonna listen to you. You will call their Area Managers, they will send you a "MTNL babu" at ya home, then babu will brag a little about "how bad MTNL condition is, which will improve soon" and then he will apply some sort of jugaad to fix the issue. Tadaa!!! That's what i am seeing since last 20+ years.

Hahahahahahaha I know this is what they do.
I have found where the problem is and I wud be really great full if anyone can help.
That person has taken the wire from pole and then there is another wire connected to it via a joint and the problem lies in this wire. I tried cutting it a little bit and then connecting it again but still there was disturbance where as if I connect it directly to the line from pole it works without any disturbance . please help

why don't you get your electrician to do it for you.
