dialing failed from last two days

i have bsnl broadband in ma village ..da broadband dilaer cant dial da connection ...evrytime""""remote compuer didnot respond....funny thing iz dat ..if ma lan wire is removed from modem ..da internet light still on ..i switch off manu times but after dsl connection internet line becomes on agian ..so why i cant dial da connection ..but when i switch on da torrent i got da mazzing speed like 250-260 without dialing jus direct linkgae to exchange..i think its bsnl server problemwithout dialing only download is working on torrent but web browsing and dc++ are still down

Mention Modem model. . If without using dialer you connect to Internet , you are on "Always On" connection. Your UserId and PW
already entered in modem WAN page.
