Did BSNL blocked incoming TCP connections?

Just did a quick test and the port forwarding is working fine, tested port 443, 80, and several customs TCP ones that I have set.

@!!..PD..!! yup for certificate error you need to get a cert of course, like free one from letsencrypt, but for that IIRC you need a domain name which you can prove you own, so dynamic dns might not work.
 
I was using port 81, 82 -> It seems to be blocked
WG port 58200 still seems to be working fine
Dang !, why would they block this ?
 
i spent half a day figuring out whats happening, half of my web servers are down but i haven't touched my firewall rules since years!
