Did BSNL blocked incoming TCP connections?

Just did a quick test and the port forwarding is working fine, tested port 443, 80, and several customs TCP ones that I have set.

80/443 both working me in Maharashtra. I do get certificate error for 443 with https.

@!!..PD..!! yup for certificate error you need to get a cert of course, like free one from letsencrypt, but for that IIRC you need a domain name which you can prove you own, so dynamic dns might not work.

It's fine. I don't need to host any website. DDNS does everything I need. Certificate error means port is working in my case so I just verified the ports for @Helper9581

I was using port 81, 82 -> It seems to be blocked
WG port 58200 still seems to be working fine
Dang !, why would they block this ?

i spent half a day figuring out whats happening, half of my web servers are down but i haven't touched my firewall rules since years!

80 and 443 are still open on ipv6. Though I have move my server to 8080 and 8443.
