MTNL Delhi Did they increase the rates on broadband plan?

I did not get news related to price hike in MTNL Delhi broadband plans. It happened in Mumbai only in April month, they have increased broadband rates by up to 25% in Mumbai.

Yes they have increased tariffs. I went to Sanchar Haat & confirmed it.
