Difference of speed related issue

I am really facing a weird issue, I am getting 45 Mbps download speed on my mobile phone but the speed on my laptop is just 600 Kpbs as checked on Fast.com. The upload speeds however seem to be the same for both (getting 30 mbps+). I am currently using Syrotech All in one router with the 60 Mbps plan.
