Disappointed even before I get the connection

Please tell your colleagues to have some respect to our time and money.
I have made a payment of 6735 on Monday 16th Dec. Your team told that they would come on Saturday 21st and complete the setup.
But no one turned up until 6:30 in the evening and one person comes to fix a box and he says that the remaining would be done next day i.e. 22nd Sunday.
Now I wait all Sunday just for your team to turn up. Again on person comes late evening to do some work in the box and he says remaining will be done tomorrow.
I have wasted two days just waiting for your people. Most horrible part is the Sales person Sheriff who was actively answering my calls, went busy every time I call him after the payment!!.
He hasn't been responding to the calls nor your team is honouring any commitments.
Do they understand what we go through?
What kind of service is this? I'm seriously disappointed even before we start!!
Can someone help here and fix this immediately please or refund the amount.

Think twice before opting for ACT. They promised to give me a connection in 2 days time took my form and cheque and then vanished. They kept me hanking for 15 days. After I complained several times they returned the cheque saying as they don't have a server or junction box nearby they are unable to give connection. My location is in the heart of the city at Mylapore near Alwarpet junction..
Very disappointed by the way they handled it. When I shifted here Airtel gave me a connection in half an hour !
 
Since morning I'm struggling with the Customer care. No one wants to give any commitment here. I'm surprised!
Technician will call when he is coming -- So I sit whole day again waiting for them?
Even a normal courier guy would call up in the morning and say that he would be coming to deliver at sometime.... This is normal
These technicians will call only when they standing outside your door...I don't know how many more days will I waste to get this done

better stick to airtel ... wait for jio 4g 2014 is golden year for Internet in india

Confidence restored today.
Today the nodal officer called and we had conf call with technician and all..... Finally the technician came on time as he agreed with me in the morning. Max. 1 hour job and it was done. Thanks ACT.
I'm getting good speed too (about 20 mbps now - checked on multiple sites).
