Disappointed with Airtel Payments Bank

My online debit card(virtual card) is not working after i switched from wallet to savings bank. It's been 4 days since i migrated to APB.
I've send multiple mails regarding this and they haven't fixed it yet.
Not able to contact CC(executive) as well dialing 400

there is only one use of airtel payments bank. deposit all your extra money in it. earn up to 500 interest on a monthly basis. use that to pay your mobile bill. win.

i have a query, how can i get airtel bank money of mine in my other bank for free (non aitel) , i used to do it in digibank app like add money and use debit card virtual one and use pin/otp and done and then use my digibank free online banking or debit to withdraw, now a days, my card is getting declined(of airtel bank) in digibank app, not sure what to do...

Airtel Payments Bank account can be added in PhonePe. There shouldn't be any charges.

what policy has airtel changed today? a friend called me up and said that he is emptying his airtel account and is transferring leftover funds as airtel balance on my phone!
