No, and I'm not on BSNL. Tried with both my ISPs.

It also does not work with my ISP in Singapore, provided by Datacamp, or anything else.

Mobile Version is working fine. There have been articles.

Popular instant messaging service Discord was down for several users. Affected accounts were not able to log in and see their messages.
