off topic: Why did @nishantt6969 get banned?

He was very eager to help people for setting up their routers, unlocking ONTs and stuff. I remember he used to invite people to telegram asking them for their telegram ID/sharing his ID in order to directly interact with them. Maybe that's the reason why he got banned. That's the only reason i can think of.
@Sushubh are there any clear guidelines we can refer to in this case?

@t0xic0der i am also using the same Sercomm router AOT-4221SR, from Pune itself. My unit just works fine, not even a single issue you mentioned. It's been almost 3 days now since i got the connection, didn't feel the need to restart the ONT router. Websites load very quickly and there seems to be no DNS issue at all.

@rajat_ Likely a quality control issue, I had problems with the AOT ONU too. It was replaced by zte since.
