Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness (2022)

They turned What If into another multiverse element. This movie is going to be so confusing to someone like me.

Captain Marvel from another dimension
America Chavez displaying her portal ripping powers - She can create star-shaped holes in the multiverse allowing anyone to travel across it
Monsters
Captain Carter
Illuminati - which of course will open doors for other characters

To think if they can reveal this much 3 months before release, what all they are trying to hide? There are a few characters that are pretty major and haven't been leaked at all. So Marvel is going to sit tight on those.
 
Where is captain Carter? From what I read on reddit, there is only a shield that she carried? The trailer moves too fast and quality is shit as usual. Marvel should upload on Vimeo as well...

Another theory. Instead of the Iron Man variant in the movie, it can be an Iron Monger variant. Iron Monger in the MCU was played by Jeff Bridges (Obadiah Stane) in Iron Man 1. They never used the name but it was him. Now, Jeff Bridges can't return coz he is battling cancer. If Tom Cruise is in this movie donning the suit, it's possible he may not be Iron Man but a younger Obadiah Stane from another universe.
