Does Airtel offer 15% discount on yearly 499 plan?

Afaik Airtel offers 7.5% on 799 and above plans for half yearly basis
and 15% on 799 and above for yearly basis.
The same discount is available for 499 plan as well or not?
If the discount is not available then 799 plan on yealy basis(679/month) is VFM.

Airtel app should give this option when you select Recharge, for your account if it is not showing then I am afraid it will be user specific, or it is only for prepaid customers.

I am able to select 6 or 12 months when i choose change plan and select the same 499 again. And yeah , it is without discount.

Yes, there are 7.5% and 15% discounts on the 499 plan for 6 & 12 months respectively. Yesterday Airtel Engineers visited my locality as I requested for a new connection, then they told me about the discount.
Here in my locality Airtel just started providing new connections and it's LCO based (I asked the engineers).

One has to pay 1000 Rupees + GST and the plan amount for a new connection. And 1000 rupees is waived off if one chooses 6 or 12 months prepaid plan. So only plan amount with 7.5% or 15% discount is payable in that case.

Every circle and LCO has different offer I guess, in my app 15% off is reflecting for both 6 & 12 months.

Reliability is compromised in prepaid as last leg is always overhead cables plus lco is involved.
