Does anyone know how to find how much memory is left on a Nokia 5610 (Internal and External)

Hi all, My sister has got an oldish Nokia 5610 (Actually 5610-d1) . She got some memory (MicroSD) in the phone but does not know how much. Is there a way to know how much memory is within the phone without opening the cover and fiddling around the insides.

There is app JBTaskman for Nokia (JBtaskman updated to version 1.08 | Nokia Mobile Talk) which give details on tasks running in phone as well as Phone and external Card memory. Check if this app is available for Nokia 5610.
