Does BSNL provide EVDO services in Thanjavur?

Hey there, I study in a college in the outskirts of Thanjavur here in Tamil Nadu. My college wifi is terrible. I'm using a Reliance NetConnect datacard now but that isn't so good so I'm thinking of switching to something else. I'm wondering if BSNL EvDo is available here (Thirumalaisamudram near Thanjavur; about 50 kms from Trichy)? Does anyone have at least the faintest idea?How can I enquire this up with the BSNL officials? I can't get the phone numbers of BSNL offices from their site (the navigation on the site is damn tedious).If anyone has any information, please let me know. Thanks a billion!
