Does Jio provide free maintenance?

I was using wifi for tv till now but it's just not reliable so I could get a lan cable to go from walls to walls. Problem is with the Ethernet port pin which can't go through walls and I don't have the machine to do it by myself. So has anybody tried calling jio CC to get somebody to put that ethernet port pin after they placed that wire through walls? Do they charge for this service ?

They don't have lan connector tools.

Ask local computer shops. All that is required is cable, connectors and crimping tool.

@bobby_kes @pachabhut I just need that crimping tool once I am done putting wires through wall. Do they let you borrow it or send somebody at your place?

local guys will do that for some charge.

@Xecuter Using the crimping tool requires some expertise. Talk to the local computer shop. I am sure one of the employees will do that for a small charge.
