Does Reliance Jio Fiber Set-top Box work with other internet services?

Can someone clear a few of my doubts about Jio STB:
1. Does it work with networks other than JioFiber?
2. If I do not recharge for a plan in the next month, do the services of the STB stop too?
3. Can the JioFiber ONT be used as an ONT for other ISP or is it locked?

Can we rewind the live TV channels and also catchup the tv shows in Jio STB?

Jio stb not longer working on other network wifi. The entire interface is getting blocked with the message to connect to a Jio fiber network.
So Jio fiber needs to be recharged in order to continue using the STB.

Till today it was working...but now it is showing the message that uou need to connect to Jio network to resume operations, though my jio fiber is recharged but at a different location. I m using set top box here as there is no jio fiber available here...such a stupid step to restrict this...ambani ji making monopoly as usual
