DoT won't even tell me if Reliance is blocking boingboing.net legally

Questions asked:

1. Copy of the DoT order instructing ISPs including Reliance Broadband to block access to the website boingboing.net.
2. Copies of all the orders issued by DoT listing all the websites and webpages required by ISPs to be blocked in India.
3. Copy of regulations/guidelines/orders which allow internet service provider to arbitrarily block access to a web service without any order from hon’ble courts or Department of Telecom.
