Double NAT detected error

Hi, I have Digisol GR1010 modem connected to TP-Link archer c6. I am seeing Double NAT detected error on my xbox. I called the ISP to set my modem in “bridge mode” but they’re forcing me to take a live IP (which sounds fishy and something I shouldn’t need if I want to run basic things like xbox). I can’t access my modem’s webUI when I connect it directly with my laptop using a LAN. So, I can’t change the modem setup myself. Can you please help me with the best solution in this case?

So it seems that all the ISPs have taken it upon themselves to put everyone on CG-NAT. Sad days ahead.
If your ISP has a working DHCP IPv6 then try accessing your router from that url. Put IPv6 in Square brackets eg: [2400:0000:4564:6545:9999:9999:9999]

How do I get hold of the IPv6 of the ISP (the modem)? My router is set to IPv4 now.

A public facing IP is exactly what you would need. Port forwarding won't help in case of double NATs. At best you can try enabling DMZ on the IP address of your xbox one and see if that improves anything.
