Funny thing is that only the subscribers with unlimited plans seem to have been affected. My neighbour is still getting 70-75kBps on the 256k NU plan.
yes the CC executive told me that
only UL plans have this problem
i offered that i would upgrade to home 999 but she said that home 999 will have the same problem
the only way is to take 1249 UL in which she said speed will be 256kbps
so pay 300 extra for committed 256 kbps
otherwise be satisfied with 50% of the speed
