Download and video streaming starts after 2-3 minutes

hi guys..when i click on a download link the download starts after 3-4 minutes and till then it has downloaded like 1-2 mbs.also similar problem when i play any video online in youtube metacafe or any other website the websites shows loading and streaming doesnt start for 3-4 minutes and then when it starts it has streamed like half the video. so i cant see the video while streaming i have to wait for 3-4 minutes..plz help me guys

are u using openDns?? if not then try it and see if that helps.

yea.. you could give opendns a shot.. their ips are 208.67.222.222 and 208.67.220.220
