If you have Single Deco E4 then it's a wastage of money. Get minimum 2 M4 or single Archer Ax10.

Did "Network Optimization"....it found no interference.

Did reboot the Decos...same result....Firmware is updated (though it had not been updated when being used with the old Airtel connection)

No other devices are connecting to the Deco.

I have 2 Deco devices, both E4....one main deco connected by cable to Airtel modem, the other is placed in another room and connects wirelessly to the main deco.

Switch off 2.4ghz band and try

Tried that too...

TP-Link techsupport tried some things too.....they say they can replace the devices

Turn off secondary router and stand near main router, put phone to airplane mode and back to off n try speed test.
Else get it replaced.
