i guess yes... coz the frequency of these bursts of abnormally high speeds hv increased ....even today in the afternoon(arnd 3pm) i was getting 30kBps constant for an hour or so

Mine too is at 576. But judging by the number of customers, it might take a while before the change all of them. That is if they plan to change them all.
