drag and drop (copy-paste func.) not working in windowsXP pro sp3

I have re-installed my windows XP Pro SP3 yesterday, I am not able to use drag n drop function that i ususally use for moving, copying files.. Its very important for me.

Please Please REPLY SOON...and help me with this..

I have checked this by myself that there isn't any error. After installing SP3 for windows xp pro sp2....this is happening....installing patches has done this,... i need to find that individual registry setting that contains this....I just cannot drag anything into any folder..whats the error ? screens will help to solve the problem soon .
