Dsl keeps on blinking at night time !

I am having a teracom modem with 750ul plan. at around 7 pm my bsnl net connection goes off and come back to normal in day time . when i called exchange and the told me to call in 12678 and when i call they told my signal is weak and told to line test...and said it was due to rain.will my net connection come to normal?Anyway thanks in advance.

disconnect the telephone on line & try again

i checked the link u gave.my snr margin rate is around 6 and other one is not sactisfactory.when i called the helpline number they told they r low.
