Dual SIM Android smartphone with Tata Indicom support

Hi,I have a TATA INDICOM postpaid plan , using with Nokia handset for some 3-4 year now wanted to upgrade to a smart-phone.Please suggest:- Android and touchscreen- 5 MP Camera- DUAL SIM (GSM + CDMA)- 3G support in GSM slot- Wifi, Bluetooth , GPSI checked Samsung Acer DUO , what are the pros and cons of this ?
