DUMB ONU not connecting to the internet. Need help

Hi,
Actually I downgraded my Wifi ONU to a DUMP ONU. they provided some Technxt (tnt-101ge) Dumb ONU.
Now I'm unable to connect to the internet. First router admin page wasn't opening because it wasn't assigning default gateway (checked with cmd). Then i assigned manual ip and gateway now it's not connecting to the internet.
When I'm dialing up on the pc it says "The modem (or connecting device) has reported an error 651".
Excitel customer support is not helping this case. I was trying to connect my own TP-Link router but it's not even connecting on my pc so I'm think there is some problem with the router. If anyone faced this problem, please let me know the solution.

why do you want to open ont page. just connect router port to wan of TP-Link router, setup pppoe setting given. you are done.

I already tried that, but TP-Link is not connecting to the internet so I thought I should try to connect directly via pc, then it showed me error " 651". I entered my username & password in tp link but nothing, not connecting to the internet.

Is the MAC binded with the LCO's OLT?

Also which plan you're using?

just ask your LCO, to refresh the mac address.
Also check your TP-Link l2tp logs for pppoe based errors.

I think so, I told him to bind to mac address and he did in the morning, i can see it in the excitel portal. Although mac is address is showing N/A in the excitel portal and only ONU mac address is showing correctly. Attaching screenshot.
