E-Mandate for recurring payments using debit & credit cards

Question but, it seems I got an extra free month when changed with a different card which has rbi mandate support. Did anyone got the same? It's for YT premium.
Was initially using citi, now kotak.
Didn't noticed before but my October month is free atm.

I had a Youtube Family Plan and had 2 members in it. As per plan, I can add upto 5 members. I've been trying to add 2 more but not getting any option since a week or so. Hence stopped the renewal payment option to check if this issue gets resolved once I do it a fresh again. Now no card is being allowed to make my account as Premium too. Finally added balance to Google Play through Paytm and could convert mine back to premium for 3 months plan. Couldn't do it for a month and not even family plan.

I guess there are related to the recurring payments issue. Any way to convert now to family plan again. Thanks in advance.
 
All those whose hdfc cards were used successfully for recurring payments on YouTube, Pl let me know if its debit or credit card. Also is it Visa or Master card.

My Hdfc master card credit card is still not accepted even today.
