Looks like guy copy-pasted the IPTV page and made modification.

Look at page title. The page is for VoIP but title says IPTV!!

Why cant MTNL hire good web designers. Almost all their website portray lazy work.

coz perhaps they would have to launch a tender for that. and there would be some issues. and one company would sue them for not getting the contract. and the case would be dragged on in the courts for months. and everything would be stopped for that period. blah.

heh its hard to get things like this done in gimp... even krita is kind of painful... but somehow i managed to do it!

its not at all hard.. take snapshot, open in gimp and crop. whats so hard?

umm. cropping is the easier part. selecting and getting a box?could not even find the crop option in krita. gimp is complicated for simple tasks achievable through paint.net

hain!? strange.simply press shift-C,OR (if u dont know shortcut)right click image-tools-transform tools-crop and resizeand drag mouse over region to cropthats it
