efficient after sales service by tatasky plus

After having bought plus i have shot many queries to them which so far have been tackled very well. so i think they have been quite efficient. wat are your views and experience regarding their query attendance and ya more importantly lets share how have they tackled complaints as well..

Last saturday some people from TS came for some inspection regarding for checking out the installation done for my TS+.........

Their cutomer support is pretty good, i have had an easy way with them so far. i mail them and they get back. what id like to mention here is that they also have something called Annual Service Commitment after the warranty period is over. However one needs to enrol for the service.And ya it only covers the digicomp.
