Dont know if its troll mode or for real, but people have replied and he has put random name/replies and asked them to collect them from somewhere..

And you know what, when someone has asked why cycles - He has the audacity to reply, petrol cost is going up, so you are no longer going to be able to afford bikes/cars, so here take these cycles and start using these now itself.
 
lol . By looking at this, I am sure whoever watched this movie will feel they had atleast 2 rupees of their ticket cost recovered
