way2sms.com is the best free source. Just that you need to keep activating your account every 14 days. You need to visit their site and activate it once every 2 weeks.. Airtel has the service in select circles at a charge of Rs. 30/month. The Subscription code is SMS 'SUB' to 52600This is working in Chennai Circle.Vodafone has this as Network Monitoring alerts. But not open to individuals, its open to Corporate Customers only.
