Encountering error trying to link to facebook account

I am getting the following error:

"The following errors occurred during your registration
Could not find phrase 'Upload failed due to failure writing temporary file.'."

Any ideas?

Tried again, and this time it worked

had to made some changes to server settings. anyways. with me migrating to xenforo in the near future, the integration should be much better.
