I am using BSNL broadband from 10 years and recently changed my plan to 349 and after few days my bsnl stopped working. Red light was glowing. So, I tried old bridge method and it gave Error 691 meaning invalid id or password. I got my password reset and even then its not working.
Also, earlier my id was using [email protected] but now they are saying u only need to use in this format idxxxxxxxxxxx.
Anybody knows if there is any other format they use for username? Coz I tried all and none seem to be working.
