Error 691 even after Password Reset - BSNL Broadband

Hi Guys,

I am using BSNL broadband from 10 years and recently changed my plan to 349 and after few days my bsnl stopped working. Red light was glowing. So, I tried old bridge method and it gave Error 691 meaning invalid id or password. I got my password reset and even then its not working.

Also, earlier my id was using [email protected] but now they are saying u only need to use in this format idxxxxxxxxxxx.

Anybody knows if there is any other format they use for username? Coz I tried all and none seem to be working.

Dsl light should be green even if authentication is not made right?

Ya... the DSL light is green.. Link is stable. the Internet light was red.

Yeah.. tried that one too still not working.

Check out the current stats after the line was cleaned by lineman.. and yet getting error. They say maybe due to some electrical hindrance.

Finally.. it started working after 27 days.. First they changed ports... and then finally removed LFMT from my id... then only it started working.
