Since Upgrading to a 200mbps connection, i have noticed sometimes my Internet speed gets capped to 94mbps Down and UP, but if I just disconnect and reconnect my Ethernet cable it temporarily fixes this issue and i get the full 200mbps down and up

I'm using a CAT 6 1gbps cable from fedus 10Meter
anyone knows what's causing this? Or do I need a new cable

I am using same wire, bought 3 years ago still working fine. I was having same issue, moving/twisting the wire does the job for me. But, make sure you re plug the cable or you can purchase a new one.

i am also using fedus cat 6 for airtel 200 mbps works perfectly maybe issue with drivers or power saving on network adapter causing it turn off and speed drop reinstall the network adapter might help

Most likely a cable issue or maybe you have damaged some pins of your ethernet port, check if there are any bends on the pin and get a good quality cat6 cable. You can also get a flat ethernet cable which looks sleek imo. Cat6 to cat7 won't make any difference with 200Mbps connection. The one from Amazon is pretty decent using it since last 3 years.

@87056 i saw cable reviews for Fedus cable on Amazon and I found someone else also had the same issue where Ethernet drops to 100mbps after some time

this is especially annoying since it ,keeps dropping my counter strike matches ,as it would suddenly disconnect and then drop to 100
