yup. those plans are from bsnl. I thought it would be clear from the screenshot. I just wanted to highlight the point b & that even bsnl has better plans. btw the screenshot is from this order

Railwire give 10 Mps up to 60 GB and 1 Mbps beyond. All areas where they are available.

Yeah, RailWire is new. Hope they too come up with plans like BSNL soon
