Nop, Hyderabad is not all 100% fibre, It all depends on LCO, i checked with them before taking this but they said they still dont have the fibre in my area(infact many areas in hyd) yet so stayed with reeltime.
 
Also, idk whats going on with your 137.6.235.0/24 and 137.6.234.0/24 IP ranges because these IPs belong to U.S Air Force and shouldn't be your public IP.

Is this the IP you got when you Google "My IP"?
because of lack of ipv4 ip some ISP use these ip ranges reserved by govt agencies/armed services which a normal users won't really need to access. So unless OP is trying to use any service hosted on US Airforce servers he won't have any problem.

Similar technique is used by Jio and some other ISPs. This technique is against the standards but it works.
