I am looking to move to Excitel from Airtel, any reasons why i shouldn't move will be welcome.

@armaan_99 excitel is very fucked up in bangalore, better to avoid at all costs. If you are looking for similar alternative, go for hathway. They have good service in most of the areas.

I’ve been using Excitel for about 6 months now, (300 mbps - Rs. 2360 for three months).

When it’s down, it’s down for 4-20 hours. Mostly it is because of hardware issues like the wire broke or some equipment was faulty. I’ve the LCO technicians number, but he generally acts only when I’ve raised a ticket and it has been assigned to him which itself sometimes take nothing less than a few hours.

I don’t wanna go through the hassle of getting a new installation, to try some other provider. May switch to this plan

Excitel provides what kind of router? Is it EPON/GPON or a normal router like Act.

Does it support landline too..
