@Jonas that's still a better resolution time compared to airtel. Even in case of a simple fiber break, they take over 2-3 days to resolve, on an average.
@armaan_99 It's mostly a GPON EPON ONT i believe. They have stopped supplying non-wifi ONU now. They don't support landline as of now.
Edit: Apologies for incorrect information.

@armaan_99 I have been on the excitel 400mbps Plan since almost a year with hardly any downtime and consistent speeds. Conection was provided by a local ISP provider in my area. I am from Bangalore.

@SpeedxThunder @varunc24 in which area of bangalore you guys live?
Some of my friends who live in Malleshwaram and BTM Layout used to complain a lot about excitel for their poor services and delayed resolution time. This was back in 2019-2020. Things may have improved now. I personally never used excitel.

Yes, your location will determine the service quality, please share your locations it will help me decide.

I stay in Banashankari 2nd Stage. Yes as you said it may be dependent on the LCO/ franchise providing the connection.

Thanks for sharing the locations.

The shift move was triggered after Airtel increased DTH packaging pricing, so far all good with Airtel both Broadband & DTH, will adopt a wait and watch approach for now.

PS:- Landline is also in use as most of the time mobile is not answered and people reach us through landline.
