I stay at the border of BTM Layout & Jayanagar 9th Block, next to Jayadeva Hospital. @rajat_ has his friends from BTM layout who are not happy with Excitel due to it's downtime.

I have stayed in bangalore for more than 4 years and i have observed that excitel is very popular in northern regions of bengaluru like malleshwaram, Rajaji Nagar, RT nagar but in southern part Jio Fiber, Airtel Xstream and Hathway are very popular. Obviously ACT is the most popular one across BLR. I know a lot of people who stay in both north and south parts. It would be best to try out yourself if you think it's worth taking the risk. Just don't make it your primary connection atleast for a few months. Talk to the LCO and ask subscribers around you who are actually using the connection, it would give you a much better idea. Service varies a lot every km in bengaluru because excitel doesn't have underground fiber lines, they lay cables overhead and managed by LCO.

Excitel has expanded quite a lot across BLR.

My home is about 50 to 100 meters away from covered area on this map, will they provide connection ? or only they can answer this ?

the above comment was totally uncalled for. you posted in one thread. it was fine. and then you kept on posting in more threads. his post was completely justified. i actually had a post in draft that said the same thing but i didn't post coz you had stopped by that time.

you really need to understand that posting the same thing in multiple threads generate alerts and emails for multiple users. if the comment is pointless for folks following the threads, it is an annoyance. especially if you are getting them multiple times in a short period of time.

i have been on excitel for many years now and my experience has been fine. but i totally understand that it does not work for a lot of folks and that's fine. i do not respond with my own experience on such posts because each person has their own experience dealing with this company.
